By downloading, installing, or using Panelogue ("the App"), or by visiting GetPanelogue.com ("the Site"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App or Site. These terms are between you and Codewink Labs ("Codewink Labs," "we," "us," or "our").
Panelogue is currently in early access. The App is provided as-is during this period. Features, pricing, and terms may change before or at public launch. Early access members accept that the software may have bugs, incomplete features, or behaviour that changes between versions.
Everything you write in Panelogue (scripts, notes, world building entries, character descriptions) is yours. Codewink Labs claims no ownership, licence, or rights over your creative work. Your files live on your machine and are never transmitted to us.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to install and use Panelogue on macOS and Windows devices you own or control. You may not:
Panelogue is offered as a free plan with a limited feature set, and as paid perpetual-license plans. Specific plan names, pricing, and included update periods will be announced at launch and shown to you at the point of purchase before you pay. The terms below describe how the paid plans work in general.
Prices, plan names, update periods, and renewal terms may change for future purchasers; a change never affects a license you have already bought. We reserve the right to set, change, or discontinue plans, pricing, and renewal availability.
Payments. Purchases and license/serial keys are processed by our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy, whose own terms and privacy practices apply to the transaction. Lemon Squeezy acts as the merchant of record. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If Panelogue isn't working out for you, contact support@getpanelogue.com and we'll do our best to make it right. See our Refund Policy for details on how to request one and what to expect.
Joining the waitlist does not guarantee early access, a specific access date, or any particular pricing. We will make reasonable efforts to invite waitlist members before the public launch, in the order and batches we determine appropriate.

The App and Site are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that data will not be lost.
We strongly recommend keeping backups of your .pnlg files. While Panelogue is designed to save reliably, no software is immune to data loss.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Codewink Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or creative work, arising from your use of the App or Site.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the App or Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
